  • Diversity of produce.  More than 190 varieties of over 40 kinds of vegetables, 20 kinds of flowers and several herbs available to pick in season. 

  • Ethnic vegetables.  Several vegetables and varieties that are difficult to find in the Midwest.

  • Quantities for canning, freezing or for supper.

Admission is free.  Vegetables and flowers are reasonably priced.

              Sat and Sun.  Open 9 to 5.

Directions:  

On Wisconsin Highway 19 four miles west of US Highway 12 in Northwestern Dane County, just west of Indian Lake County Park.

From the west side of Madison, take Highway 12 northwest, turn west (left) on Highway 19. 

From I 90-94 take the Highway 19 off ramp, turn west (left) and take Highway 19 west past Highway 12.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

Make your own family event a trip to The Tree Farm to harvest food to store for the winter.

Walk through our “pumpkin patch”, a field of pumpkins where you can pick pumpkins and gourds right off the vine.  In a nearby field you can pick ornamental corn and popcorn right off the stalk. 

Browse through our half acre of flowers and pick your own bouquet.

Pick a bushel of tomatoes, some jalapeno or habanero peppers, some tomatillos, some cilantro and some basil to make your own salsa.

Taste your way along a row with 9 different kinds of cherry tomatoes to decide which one you really like best.
