1) No Purchase Necessary  Note:This contest is NOT a sales tactic to try to get the consumer to buy something else.  The purpose is to introduce local fun and foods.  Information on the entries will only be used for the contest drawing and the to track the information provided.

2) How to Enter
Visit any Autumn Harvest Trail participating business and complete an entry form including name, mailing address, email address (if any), and answers to participation questions and place entry in box.  Limit one entry per person per participating location.

3) Eligibility
In order to be eligible, entrants must be 21 years of age or older, and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, including Washington, D.C.   Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of participating sponsors, Wisconsin Apple Growers Association, Wisconsin Fresh Market Vegetable Growers Association, Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association, and members of their immediate families (defined as children, parents, siblings or spouses) are not eligible to participate in the Drawings.  

4) How Winners Are Determined
Potential winning entries will be randomly selected via a drawing from eligible entries received by November 29, 2008.  Local sponsor prize drawings will be held on November 30, 2008.  All valid entries from all participating locations will then be gathered for the Grand Prize Drawing to be held on December 5, 2008.  The odds of winning a particular drawing are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

5) Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email or U.S. mail that their entry has been selected to win a prize.  The potential winner will then be responsible to contact the participating sponsor to collect the prize. 

9) Taxes.
All taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, but the Autumn Harvest Trail sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value to the prizes if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these rules.

10) Conditions of Participation. By entering, you agree to abide by these rules and conditions of the Wisconsin Autumn Harvest Trail promotion, and any decision made regarding the operation and participation in these drawings. Wisconsin Autumn Harvest Trail reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who, in reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits mechanical entries, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Decision of the judges is final.

11) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.  By entering the contest and accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, and contest entry by the Wisconsin Autumn Harvest Trail for publicity purposes.

The Wisconsin Autumn Harvest Trail reserves the right to cancel or suspend a contest in the event of any printing or administrative error. The Wisconsin Autumn Harvest Trail and its sponsors are not responsible for preemption, cancellation, or interruption, in whole or in part, of any the Autumn Harvest Trail contest.  Not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
